Veal Scallopini Recipe
1. Combine flour, pepper, basil, and oregano. Coat veal with flour mixture and brown in oil.
2. Add onion, garlic, and wine. Cover and cook 20 minutes.
3. Add more wine if necessary.
4. Add mushrooms and parsley, cover, and cook 5-10 minutes longer, until meat and mushrooms are tender.
