Spanish Steak Recipe
Pound steak on both sides with edge of sturdy saucer.
Cover with mixture of the remaining ingredients.
Let stand for 1 hour.
Lift meat out and drain.
Save all of juice.
Brown meat in 2 tablespoons meat drippings on both sides.
Place in shallow baking dish and add tomato mixture in which meat was soaked.
Cover.
