Pecos River Bowl Of Red Recipe
1 Saute the onion in the melted fat.
2 Mix the beef with the garlic, chile and comino.
3 Add the meat and seasonings to the onion; cook for 15 minutes, or until the meat is browned.
4 Add the remaining ingredients; stir well. Simmer over low heat for 1 to 2 hours, until the meat is very tender and the flavors are well blended. Taste and add more seasoning if desired.
