Kebabs Espagnole Recipe
Cut sausages into thick slices.
Slice each bacon strip into 4 or 5 pieces.
Seed both bell peppers and cut into chunks.
Slice tomato thickly.
Thread sausages, bacon, green and red peppers and tomato slices, alternately, on metal skewers.
