Gazpacho Recipe
Pour stock into a bowl and whisk while slowly adding oil.
Gradually add garlic, tomato puree, lime juice, salt and pepper and continue whisking till well blended.
Mix onion, tomatoes and bell pepper in a large bowl.
Pour soup over vegetables and leave in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Pour 1/2 cup soup into an ice-cube tray and freeze.
Just before serving, mix in chilli sauce and coriand...
