Freezer Ground Beef Mix Recipe
Cook and stir ground beef, onions, mushrooms and garlic in 4-quart Dutch oven until beef is brown; drain.
Stir in salt and pepper.
Spread beef mixture in ungreased 15 1/2 X 10 1/2 X 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Freeze uncovered 1 hour.
Divide beef mixture (about 3 cups each) among three 1-quart freezer containers.
Cover, label and freeze no longer than 3 months.
