Fish Balls With Parsley Sauce Recipe
1. Thaw haddock just enough to cut into chunks with a heavy knife. Put through a food grinder twice, using a fine blade. Place in a large bowl.
2. Beat in cracker meal, salt, pepper and cream until smooth.
