Eggs Tetrazzini Recipe

Spread the cooked and well-drained spaghetti in a buttered shallow casserole or deep pie plate.

Saute the onion lightly in the butter, until it is soft but not brown.
Stir in the flour and slowly blend in the milk.
Season to taste.

Stir a third of the sauce into the spaghetti and mix well; spread a little more sauce on top of the spaghetti.
