Cointreau Souffle With Syrup Recipe
1. Beat egg yolks with icing sugar, orange juice and rind until thick and creamy. Beat in the sponge biscuits and Cointreau.
2. Beat egg whites in a separate bowl until soft peaks form. Fold into orange mixture and divide between 4-6 greased and collared, 1/2-cup capacity ramekin dishes. Bake in moderate oven for 15 minutes.
